REGISTER FOR THE SME

Is a juristic person whose shareholders are Thai nationals of not less than 50 percent. It has been in business for at least 1 year from the date of registration to the date of application and has filed tax payments correctly.
Must be an SME business according to the definition according to ministerial regulations.
Must register as an entrepreneur with OSMEP or an entrepreneur of small and medium enterprises.
Products must have standard quality marks/certificates such as FDA/Halal/GMP/HACCP/Industrial Product Standards (TIS)/IFORM and clearly indicate the date, month, year of manufacture and expiration date, etc.
Never been a person with a history or behavior that behaved inappropriately towards OSMEP and Food Institute officials or did not comply with the conditions for participating in the event. or have suddenly canceled their participation in the event
Must not be a counterfeit product. Pirated products or infringe intellectual property rights
The organizer reserves the right to consider and select applicants based on the appropriateness of the activity.
In the case that the company is not the manufacturer of the product itself It must be certified as a product that has received permission from the manufacturer.

Allocate space in order of registration date. According to product type/quality group, suitability and full payment
The institute reserves the right to select participants to allocate space or not to allocate space in all cases.
The institute reserves the right to make changes for suitability without prior notice, such as event location, booth location, booth size, or others as it deems appropriate.
